CLEFC Staff

DAN JORDAN, SENIOR PASTOR:  Dan Jordan became our Senior Pastor in March of 2008.  He is pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.  Dan and his wife, Deb have three children; Peirce, Mitchell, and Kirsten.

RANDY VAAGE, ASSOCIATE PASTOR of Student Ministries: Randy joined the church staff in 1993 after many years of being a Youth Sponsor.  Randy and his wife, Linda have two adult daughters Jenni and Michele and a son, Jeff.

ROD CARLSON, ASSOCIATE PASTOR of Music & Care:  Rod traveled several years in music ministry with his brothers, various groups and evangelists as well as serving in three churches as Associate Pastor.  Rod joined our staff full time in 2004.  Rod and his wife, Kari have two sons, Josh and Jerame.

CINDI SNOW, OFFICE MANAGER:  Cindi enjoys participating in several areas of ministry, including Choir, Praise & Worship Team and being a BASE Sponsor. Cindi joined our staff in 2010.  She and her husband, Steve have two daughters, Katie and Taylor and a son, Ryan.
